The utilization of telehealth services has been steadily increasing in the healthcare industry, with a growing emphasis on its potential to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes, particularly in the management of chronic diseases. This thesis explores the impact of telehealth on patient satisfaction in the context of chronic disease management. The study aims to investigate the effectiveness of telehealth in enhancing patient satisfaction, identifying the factors that contribute to this impact, and assessing the overall implications for healthcare delivery. The research methodology involves a comprehensive literature review to examine existing studies on telehealth and patient satisfaction in chronic disease management. The review highlights key findings, trends, and gaps in the literature, providing a solid foundation for the empirical investigation. A mixed-methods approach is employed, combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews to gather data from both patients and healthcare providers.
