This thesis investigates the efficacy of various tooth whitening techniques commonly employed in clinical practice. Tooth whitening has gained popularity in recent years as an aesthetic dental procedure, with patients seeking treatments to enhance the brightness of their smiles. However, the wide range of available whitening methods, including in-office procedures and at-home kits, necessitates a thorough evaluation to determine their comparative effectiveness and safety profiles. The research methodology involved a systematic review of the literature to identify and analyze existing studies on tooth whitening techniques. A total of 10 items were reviewed, encompassing studies on various whitening agents, application methods, and treatment durations.
