**Abstract
** Teeth whitening has become a popular cosmetic dental procedure, with various techniques and products available on the market. This study aimed to assess the efficacy of different teeth whitening techniques through a comparative analysis. The research involved a thorough investigation into the effectiveness of commonly used teeth whitening methods, including over-the-counter products, professional whitening treatments, and natural remedies. A sample size of participants underwent different whitening procedures, and their teeth were evaluated for changes in shade, brightness, and overall improvement in whiteness. Objective measurements, such as color matching using shade guides and digital imaging analysis, were employed to quantify the results accurately. The study also explored the potential side effects and limitations associated with each whitening technique to provide a comprehensive overview of their safety and efficacy. Factors such as cost, convenience, duration of treatment, and long-term results were considered in the comparative analysis. Additionally, the research investigated the impact of individual characteristics, such as age, gender, and initial tooth color, on the outcomes of the whitening procedures. The findings revealed significant variations in the efficacy of different teeth whitening techniques, with some methods demonstrating superior results compared to others. Professional whitening treatments performed by dental professionals were found to be the most effective in achieving noticeable and long-lasting whitening effects.
