The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analyses of material properties with qualitative assessments of clinical effectiveness. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the research topic, outlining the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms. Chapter 2 presents a comprehensive literature review covering ten key areas related to dental materials, restorative dentistry, and previous research studies.
