Tele-dentistry has emerged as a promising approach to improving access to oral health care services, particularly in underserved communities. This thesis aims to assess the efficacy of tele-dentistry in providing oral health care services by evaluating its impact on patient outcomes, cost-effectiveness, and overall satisfaction. The study will employ a mixed-methods research design, combining quantitative analysis of patient data with qualitative interviews and surveys to gather comprehensive insights into the effectiveness of tele-dentistry. Chapter One provides an introduction to the study, outlining the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms. Chapter Two presents a detailed literature review, examining existing research on tele-dentistry, its benefits, challenges, and potential implications for oral health care delivery. Chapter Three describes the research methodology, including study design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, ethical considerations, and limitations of the study.
