Abstract
This research project investigates the impact of social media on mental health among teenagers. With the rise of social media platforms, teenagers are increasingly exposed to various forms of content that can influence their mental well-being. The study aims to explore the relationship between social media use and mental health outcomes such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and body image issues. Data will be collected through surveys and interviews with teenagers to understand their social media habits, perceptions, and experiences. The findings of this research will contribute to the existing literature on the effects of social media on mental health and provide insights for parents, educators, and mental health professionals on how to support teenagers in navigating the digital landscape in a healthy way.
