Thesis Abstract

This research project aims to evaluate the use of teleconsultation in the delivery of dental care. Teleconsultation, or remote consultation using telecommunications technology, has the potential to improve access to dental services, particularly in underserved and rural areas. This study will assess the effectiveness of teleconsultation in various aspects of dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education. The research will also explore the challenges and opportunities associated with the implementation of teleconsultation in dental practice. The findings of this study will provide valuable insights into the role of teleconsultation in expanding access to dental care and improving patient outcomes.
