The effectiveness of rehabilitation programs in preventing recidivism has been a subject of ongoing debate and research. This thesis aims to investigate the impact of rehabilitation programs on reducing recidivism rates among juvenile offenders. The study will explore various rehabilitation strategies and interventions implemented in juvenile justice systems to address the underlying causes of criminal behavior and facilitate successful reintegration into society. The research will begin with a comprehensive review of existing literature on recidivism, rehabilitation programs, and juvenile offenders. This literature review will provide a theoretical framework for understanding the factors contributing to recidivism and the potential effectiveness of rehabilitation interventions.
