The integration of technology into crime prevention strategies has become increasingly prevalent in contemporary law enforcement efforts. This thesis explores the impact of technology on crime prevention strategies and evaluates its effectiveness in enhancing public safety and reducing criminal activities. The study investigates various technological tools and systems used in crime prevention, such as surveillance cameras, predictive analytics, geographic information systems, and biometric identification technologies. The research methodology employed a mixed-methods approach, combining a comprehensive literature review with qualitative interviews and quantitative data analysis. The literature review delved into existing studies and reports on the use of technology in crime prevention, highlighting both the benefits and challenges associated with its implementation.
