Abstract
The issue of juvenile offending and subsequent recidivism is a significant concern for society and the criminal justice system. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs in preventing recidivism among juvenile offenders. The research will focus on evaluating various rehabilitation strategies and their impact on reducing reoffending rates among juvenile offenders. The study will also explore the factors that contribute to successful rehabilitation outcomes and those that may hinder the effectiveness of such programs. The research methodology will involve a comprehensive review of existing literature on juvenile rehabilitation programs and recidivism, as well as an analysis of empirical studies and case examples. Qualitative and quantitative data will be collected through interviews with professionals working in the field of juvenile justice, as well as surveys and statistical analysis of relevant data sets. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs for juvenile offenders and identify best practices for reducing recidivism rates.
