Restorative justice programs have gained recognition as an alternative approach to traditional punitive measures in addressing juvenile delinquency and reducing recidivism rates. This thesis investigates the effectiveness of restorative justice programs in achieving these outcomes among juvenile offenders. The study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the impact of restorative justice interventions on reducing reoffending behaviors and promoting rehabilitation among young offenders. The research methodology employed in this study includes a thorough review of existing literature on restorative justice, juvenile delinquency, and recidivism. Data collection methods include surveys, interviews, and case studies involving juvenile offenders who have participated in restorative justice programs. The findings of this research will be analyzed to assess the effectiveness of restorative justice in reducing recidivism rates and promoting positive outcomes for juvenile offenders.
