This research project focuses on personal management in Ado-Ekiti Prisons, Nigeria. The study aims to investigate the current practices and challenges faced in managing the personal aspects of inmates within the prison facility. Personal management in prisons is crucial for ensuring the well-being, rehabilitation, and successful reintegration of inmates into society upon release. The research will explore the various components of personal management, including healthcare, hygiene, nutrition, mental health, and recreational activities provided to inmates. The methodology for this research will involve a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Interviews will be conducted with prison staff, healthcare providers, and inmates to gather insights into the existing personal management practices in Ado-Ekiti Prisons. Additionally, surveys will be administered to assess the satisfaction levels of inmates regarding the personal management services they receive. Statistical analysis will be employed to identify any patterns or correlations in the data collected. The findings of this research will provide valuable information on the strengths and weaknesses of the current personal management practices in Ado-Ekiti Prisons.
