The studies of the physiochemical parameters and trace metals in this work has been investigated the samples were taken from two difference locations in Ibaka and James Town.
The samples were analysed and the results were discussed the physiochemical parameters determined are temperature, pH, DO, BOD, EC, TDS, TOC, PO43-, CL-, NO2-, NO3-, SO42-, Turbidity, Salinity, Acidity, Alkalinity and the trace metals. The temperature obtains from sample A is 280C and that of sample B is 300C during the sample collection, A was decreasing while B was increasing and the mean value obtain is 290C.
The mean value result for water analysis in NO3-, NO2-, and SO42- between A and B is 28.125, 0.034 and 6.38 which was within permissible standard obtain in W.H.O. The mean result for sediment analysis in NO3-, NO2-, and SO42- between A and B is 85, 6.4 and 94.35,this was not within the prescribe standard obtain in W.H.O. The result for particle size in sand % between A and B has the same range of 97.40 while the silt % of clay % was difference.
