The Impact of Climate Change on Migratory Patterns of Birds Climate change is a pressing global issue that is significantly affecting various ecosystems and wildlife populations worldwide. Among the most vulnerable species to these changes are migratory birds, which rely on precise environmental cues and conditions during their seasonal movements. This thesis aims to investigate the impact of climate change on the migratory patterns of birds, focusing on how alterations in temperature, precipitation, and habitat availability are influencing their behavior and distribution. The introductory chapter provides a comprehensive overview of the research topic, including the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definitions of key terms. This sets the stage for a thorough exploration of the subject matter. Chapter Two delves into a detailed literature review, encompassing ten key aspects related to climate change, migratory bird ecology, and previous research findings. By synthesizing existing knowledge and identifying gaps in the literature, this chapter establishes a solid foundation for the subsequent research methodology and discussion of findings.
