The use of herbal remedies in treating infectious diseases in companion animals has gained increasing interest due to concerns about antibiotic resistance and the desire for natural treatment options. This thesis aims to assess the efficacy of herbal remedies in treating infectious diseases in companion animals, focusing on their safety, effectiveness, and potential impact on animal health. Chapter One provides an introduction to the study, presenting the background of the research, the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance of the study, structure of the thesis, and definitions of key terms. The literature review in Chapter Two explores ten key studies and articles related to the use of herbal remedies in veterinary medicine, highlighting the current knowledge, gaps in research, and potential benefits of herbal treatments. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology, detailing the research design, sampling methods, data collection techniques, data analysis procedures, ethical considerations, and limitations of the study.
