The sustainability of agricultural practices is crucial for ensuring food security and environmental health. This thesis investigates the impact of agricultural practices on soil health and fertility, aiming to provide insights into sustainable soil management strategies. The study focuses on evaluating the effects of various agricultural practices, such as tillage, crop rotation, fertilizer application, and organic farming, on soil properties including nutrient content, microbial activity, and physical structure. Chapter one provides an introduction to the research topic, outlining the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, and structure of the thesis. Chapter two presents a comprehensive literature review covering ten key aspects related to agricultural practices and their influence on soil health and fertility. Chapter three details the research methodology, including experimental design, data collection techniques, and analysis methods. It also describes the study area, sampling procedures, and instrumentation used for soil analysis.
