In the modern workplace, the utilization of virtual assistants has become increasingly prevalent as organizations seek innovative ways to enhance office productivity. This thesis explores the effectiveness of virtual assistants in the context of secretarial studies, focusing on how these digital tools can streamline administrative tasks and optimize workflow efficiency. The study employs a case study approach to investigate the impact of virtual assistants on office productivity within a secretarial setting. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, outlining the background of the study, problem statement, research objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms. Chapter Two offers a comprehensive literature review that examines existing research on virtual assistants, office productivity, and secretarial studies. This chapter analyzes ten key themes related to virtual assistants and their role in enhancing office productivity.
