This thesis explores the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in the field of Secretarial Studies to enhance office management practices. The study aims to investigate the potential benefits and challenges of implementing AI tools in secretarial roles, with a focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and decision-making processes within office environments. The research methodology involves a comprehensive literature review to examine existing AI applications in office management and identify best practices for successful integration. Data collection methods include surveys, interviews, and case studies to gather insights from secretarial professionals and AI experts.
