This thesis explores the strategies for enhancing communication efficiency in a virtual secretarial environment through the utilization of remote team collaboration tools. The study investigates the impact of remote communication tools on the effectiveness of secretarial administration and management practices in a digital workspace. With the increasing trend towards virtual work environments, it is imperative to understand how technology can be leveraged to optimize communication and collaboration among secretarial teams.
