This thesis investigates the impact of globalization on traditional religious practices within indigenous communities. As globalization continues to reshape societies worldwide, traditional cultural and religious practices are facing increasing pressures and challenges. Indigenous communities are particularly vulnerable to these changes, as their sacred rituals, beliefs, and customs are deeply rooted in their cultural heritage. Through a case study approach, this research examines how globalization has influenced and altered traditional religious practices among indigenous communities, focusing on the implications for cultural identity, spiritual beliefs, and community cohesion. The study begins with an exploration of the background and context of globalization, highlighting its interconnectedness and the ways in which it has facilitated the spread of ideas, technologies, and cultural influences.
