The integration of BIM in Quantity Surveying practices has the potential to revolutionize traditional quantity surveying methods by enhancing cost estimation accuracy, improving project collaboration, and increasing overall project efficiency. This thesis investigates the implementation of BIM in Quantity Surveying practices, focusing on its impact on cost estimation, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
