E-procurement has emerged as a crucial tool in modern supply chain management, offering opportunities for organizations to streamline their purchasing processes and enhance overall efficiency. This thesis aims to investigate the impact of e-procurement strategies on purchasing efficiency within the supply chain context. The study will delve into the various e-procurement methods and tools available to organizations, exploring how they can be leveraged to optimize procurement processes and achieve cost savings. The research will begin with a comprehensive review of the literature on e-procurement and its role in supply chain management. This will provide a theoretical foundation for understanding the key concepts, strategies, and best practices associated with e-procurement implementation. The literature review will also highlight the benefits and challenges of adopting e-procurement systems, as well as the factors that influence their success. Following the literature review, the research methodology section will outline the approach and methods employed in this study.
