Efficient inventory control is crucial for the success of pharmaceutical industries, as it directly impacts the availability of drugs, operational costs, and overall customer satisfaction. This research project focuses on examining the impact of efficient inventory control in the context of Nichben Pharmaceutical Industries. Using a case study approach, data will be collected and analyzed to understand how effective inventory management practices can optimize operations and enhance performance in the pharmaceutical sector. The research will explore the various elements of inventory control, including demand forecasting, order management, stock monitoring, and supplier relationships. By evaluating these components within the specific framework of Nichben Pharmaceutical Industries, the study aims to provide insights into how the company can improve its inventory control strategies to achieve better outcomes.
