Abstract
This thesis examines the impact of e-government on service delivery in local governments, focusing on a case study to analyze the effectiveness and challenges of implementing e-government initiatives. The study explores how e-government technologies have transformed service delivery processes within local government settings, aiming to identify the benefits, limitations, and implications for public administration. Through a comprehensive analysis of the case study, this research investigates the extent to which e-government has improved efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of services to citizens. The methodology involves a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data analysis and qualitative insights gathered through interviews and surveys with key stakeholders.
