E-Government, which encompasses the use of ICTs to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency of government operations, has gained significant attention worldwide. This study aims to analyze the impact of E-Government in enhancing public service delivery, focusing on how the adoption of digital technologies can lead to better service provision, citizen engagement, and overall governance outcomes. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the research topic, including the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms.
