This thesis delves into the analysis of the impact of E-Government initiatives on public service delivery in the context of modern governance. The study aims to explore the effectiveness and efficiency of E-Government initiatives in enhancing service delivery, as well as identifying the challenges and opportunities associated with their implementation. The research begins with a comprehensive introduction that sets the stage for understanding the significance of E-Government initiatives in the public sector. The background of the study provides a historical overview of the evolution of E-Government and its relevance in modern administrative practices. The problem statement highlights the gaps and issues in the current public service delivery system that necessitate the adoption of E-Government initiatives. The objectives of the study outline the specific goals and aims that will guide the research process, while the limitations and scope of the study define the boundaries within which the investigation will be conducted.
