Digital transformation has become a prevalent phenomenon in the public sector, affecting the delivery of services to citizens. This thesis aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation on public service delivery, focusing on how technological advancements have reshaped the way governments interact with their constituents. The study explores the benefits and challenges associated with the adoption of digital technologies in public administration and assesses the implications for service quality, efficiency, and accessibility. The research methodology involves a comprehensive literature review to examine existing studies on digital transformation in the public sector. Additionally, empirical data will be collected through surveys and interviews with key stakeholders in public service delivery to gain insights into their experiences and perspectives on the topic.
