The rapid advancement of technology has significantly transformed various sectors, including public administration. This study aims to investigate the impact of technology adoption on government service delivery in public administration. The research focuses on understanding how the integration of technology influences the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality of services provided to citizens by government agencies. Chapter One provides an introduction to the study, highlighting the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms. The background section discusses the evolution of technology in public administration and its potential benefits and challenges. The problem statement identifies the gaps in current research and emphasizes the need to explore the impact of technology adoption on government service delivery. The objectives outline the specific goals of the study, while the limitations and scope clarify the boundaries and constraints of the research. The significance underscores the importance of understanding how technology can enhance government service delivery, and the definition of terms clarifies key concepts used throughout the thesis.
