Public-private partnerships (PPPs) have emerged as a popular strategy for delivering social services, with the aim of leveraging the strengths of both sectors to improve service delivery and efficiency. This thesis examines the performance of PPPs in delivering social services, focusing on the key factors that influence their effectiveness and the outcomes they achieve. Through a comprehensive literature review, the study explores the various models of PPPs, the challenges they face, and the best practices that contribute to their success. The research methodology involves a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with key stakeholders in PPP projects and quantitative analysis of performance indicators.
