E-Government initiatives have become increasingly popular as a means to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accessibility in public administration. This thesis aims to analyze the implementation of E-Government initiatives in improving public service delivery, focusing on the challenges, opportunities, and impact of such initiatives. The study is guided by the following objectives to examine the background and context of E-Government initiatives, to identify the key problems associated with their implementation, to outline the specific objectives of the study, to discuss the limitations and scope of the research, to highlight the significance of the study, and to provide an overview of the thesis structure.
