Digital transformation has become a critical aspect of modernizing public service delivery systems. This thesis aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation on public service delivery, focusing on how advancements in technology have influenced the efficiency, effectiveness, and accessibility of government services. The study delves into the various dimensions of digital transformation, including the adoption of digital platforms, data analytics, automation, and citizen engagement tools, to understand their implications for public administration. The research begins with an exploration of the theoretical foundations of digital transformation and its relevance to public service delivery. It examines the background of the study, highlighting the evolution of digital technologies in the public sector and the drivers behind the shift towards digital governance. The problem statement identifies the challenges and opportunities associated with digital transformation in public administration, setting the stage for the research objectives. The objectives of the study include assessing the impact of digital transformation on service quality, efficiency, and citizen satisfaction, as well as identifying the key success factors and barriers to implementation. The research methodology involves a comprehensive literature review to examine existing studies and frameworks related to digital transformation in public administration.
