Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) have emerged as a significant strategy for delivering public services efficiently and effectively. This thesis aims to evaluate the effectiveness of PPPs in delivering public services by examining the key factors that contribute to successful partnerships and identifying areas for improvement. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, highlighting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of terms. Chapter Two presents a comprehensive literature review covering ten key aspects related to PPPs, including definitions, benefits, challenges, best practices, and success factors. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology, detailing the research design, sampling strategy, data collection methods, data analysis techniques, ethical considerations, limitations, and validity and reliability measures. The chapter also discusses the research framework and theoretical underpinnings guiding the study. In Chapter Four, the findings of the research are presented and analyzed in detail. The results highlight the success factors and challenges faced by PPPs in delivering public services, as well as the perceptions of stakeholders involved in these partnerships.
