This thesis investigates the implementation of E-Government services as a strategy for enhancing public service delivery. In recent years, governments around the world have increasingly turned to digital technologies to streamline administrative processes, improve citizen engagement, and enhance service accessibility and efficiency. The study focuses on exploring the benefits and challenges associated with the adoption of E-Government services and aims to provide insights into how such initiatives can be effectively implemented to achieve the desired outcomes. The research begins with a comprehensive review of the existing literature on E-Government services, highlighting the theoretical foundations and empirical evidence supporting their effectiveness in enhancing public service delivery. The literature review also examines key factors influencing the successful implementation of E-Government services, including technological infrastructure, stakeholder engagement, policy frameworks, and organizational culture. Subsequently, the research methodology chapter outlines the research design, data collection methods, and analytical approaches employed in the study. The methodology section provides a detailed account of the research process, including the selection of case studies, data sources, and data analysis techniques used to investigate the research questions and objectives.
