In the digital era, the adoption of e-government initiatives has become increasingly prevalent in developing countries as a means to enhance public service delivery. This thesis aims to explore the impact of e-government initiatives on public service delivery in developing countries. The study delves into the various e-government strategies and technologies employed, their effectiveness in improving service delivery, and the challenges faced in their implementation. Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical research methodology, this research investigates the current state of e-government initiatives in developing countries and their influence on public service delivery outcomes. The findings from this study contribute to a deeper understanding of the opportunities and constraints associated with e-government adoption in the context of developing countries.
