This research project focuses on the communication-related problems faced by secretaries in the public sector in Owerri Municipal. Secretaries play a crucial role in facilitating communication within the organization and with external stakeholders. However, they often encounter various challenges that hinder effective communication processes. The study aims to identify and analyze the specific communication-related problems experienced by secretaries in the public sector in Owerri Municipal. The research methodology involves a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data will be collected through surveys, interviews, and observation techniques to gather insights from secretaries working in public sector organizations in Owerri Municipal. The research will also explore the impact of these communication-related problems on the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organizations.
