This thesis investigates the impact of social media on political participation and engagement. The study aims to explore how social media use affects political participation and engagement among citizens, and to examine the opportunities and challenges that arise from this dynamic relationship. The research is guided by a comprehensive literature review that delves into the theoretical frameworks and empirical studies on social media and political behavior.
