Abstract
This thesis investigates the effects of exercise on cardiovascular health in individuals with type 2 diabetes. The study aims to assess the impact of exercise on key cardiovascular parameters such as blood pressure, heart rate, and lipid profiles in individuals with type 2 diabetes. A comprehensive literature review was conducted to explore the existing evidence on the relationship between exercise and cardiovascular health in this population. The research methodology involved a structured exercise intervention program tailored to the needs of individuals with type 2 diabetes, with data collection before and after the intervention period. The findings revealed significant improvements in cardiovascular health indicators following the exercise intervention, including reductions in blood pressure, heart rate, and improvements in lipid profiles. These results were consistent with previous research, highlighting the beneficial effects of exercise on cardiovascular health in individuals with type 2 diabetes.
