The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has raised significant ethical concerns regarding its moral implications. This thesis delves into the complex ethical landscape surrounding AI and aims to explore the various moral implications associated with its development and deployment. The study begins with an in-depth examination of the background of AI technology, highlighting its evolution and impact on society. Subsequently, it identifies the key problem areas in the ethical domain related to AI, emphasizing the potential risks and challenges posed by the increasing integration of AI in various aspects of human life. The objectives of the study are to critically analyze the ethical dilemmas arising from AI technologies and to propose ethical frameworks for addressing these challenges effectively. The research methodology employed in this study involves a comprehensive literature review, which encompasses ten key themes related to AI ethics. These themes cover a wide range of ethical issues, including privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, job displacement, autonomous decision-making, and the implications of AI in warfare.
