The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has sparked significant ethical debates regarding its implications on society, individuals, and the future of humanity. This thesis delves into the complex landscape of AI ethics by investigating the moral implications of AI development. The study aims to critically analyze the ethical considerations surrounding AI technologies and their impact on various aspects of human life. Through an interdisciplinary approach that combines philosophical inquiry with technological analysis, this research seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the ethical challenges posed by AI development. The introductory chapter sets the stage by providing an overview of the research topic, presenting the background of the study, delineating the problem statement, specifying the objectives, outlining the limitations and scope of the study, emphasizing the significance of the research, and elucidating the structure of the thesis. Furthermore, key terms are defined to establish a common understanding of the concepts discussed throughout the thesis.
