This thesis delves into the intricate realm of AI ethics, specifically focusing on the moral implications of AI decision-making. The study aims to analyze the ethical dilemmas that arise when autonomous AI systems are entrusted with making decisions that have significant impacts on individuals, society, and beyond. In the introductory chapter, the background of the study sets the stage by highlighting the evolution of AI technology and the increasing integration of AI systems into various aspects of daily life. The problem statement underscores the critical need to address the ethical dimensions of AI decision-making, given the potential consequences for privacy, bias, accountability, and human autonomy.
