Thesis Abstract

Abstract
The treatment of cancer has long been a challenging endeavor due to the complexity and heterogeneity of the disease. Conventional chemotherapy often lacks specificity, leading to severe side effects and limited efficacy. To address these limitations, the development of novel drug delivery systems for targeted cancer therapy has emerged as a promising approach. This thesis focuses on the design, optimization, and evaluation of advanced drug delivery systems that can selectively target cancer cells while minimizing off-target effects. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the research topic, discussing the background of the study, the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, and the structure of the thesis.
