The management of chronic diseases poses a significant challenge to healthcare systems worldwide, with the utilization of drugs playing a crucial role in the treatment and control of these conditions. This thesis presents an in-depth analysis of drug utilization patterns in the treatment of chronic diseases, aiming to enhance understanding, optimize therapeutic outcomes, and improve patient care in this context. The study begins with a comprehensive exploration of the introduction, providing a background to the research area, highlighting the problem statement, stating the objectives, addressing the limitations and scope of the study, emphasizing its significance, outlining the structure of the thesis, and defining key terms for clarity.
