This thesis investigates the effectiveness of Virtual Reality (VR) therapy in managing pediatric pain through a Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT). The study aims to assess the impact of VR therapy on reducing pain levels and enhancing the overall experience of pediatric patients undergoing medical procedures. The research design involves a randomized controlled trial where pediatric patients will be assigned to either the VR therapy group or the control group to compare the outcomes related to pain management. The study will focus on measuring pain intensity, anxiety levels, and satisfaction with the therapy among pediatric patients. The introduction provides a background to the study, highlighting the increasing recognition of the importance of innovative pain management techniques in pediatric care.
