Virtual reality (VR) technology has emerged as a promising tool in healthcare settings, offering innovative solutions for pain management in pediatric patients. This thesis explores the impact of VR technology on pain management in pediatric patients, aiming to provide a comprehensive understanding of its effectiveness, benefits, and implications. The study delves into the theoretical foundations of pain management, the potential benefits of VR technology, and the specific application of VR in pediatric care settings. Through a mixed-methods approach, including literature review, surveys, and interviews with healthcare providers and pediatric patients, this research investigates the experiences, perceptions, and outcomes associated with using VR technology for pain management.
