Telemedicine, the remote delivery of healthcare services using technology, has emerged as a transformative tool in improving healthcare access and delivery. This research project aims to explore the impact of telemedicine on pediatric healthcare delivery. The study delves into the potential benefits and challenges associated with integrating telemedicine into pediatric care, with a focus on enhancing healthcare access, improving patient outcomes, and optimizing healthcare delivery efficiency. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and empirical data analysis, this research investigates the effectiveness of telemedicine in pediatric settings and its implications for healthcare providers, patients, and the healthcare system as a whole. Chapter One of the thesis provides an introduction to the research topic, discussing the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms. Chapter Two presents a detailed literature review comprising ten key themes related to telemedicine in pediatric healthcare delivery. These themes explore the historical development of telemedicine, its applications in pediatric care, benefits and challenges, ethical considerations, regulatory framework, and future trends. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology employed in this study, detailing the research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, and ethical considerations.
