** Telemedicine has emerged as a pivotal tool in transforming healthcare delivery, particularly in underserved communities where access to pediatric care is limited. This thesis explores the impact of telemedicine on pediatric care in underserved communities, aiming to evaluate its effectiveness, challenges, and implications. The research methodology involved a comprehensive literature review, data collection from healthcare providers and caregivers, and analysis of case studies. The findings highlight the benefits of telemedicine in improving access to pediatric care, reducing healthcare disparities, and enhancing patient outcomes. However, challenges such as technological barriers, internet connectivity issues, and regulatory constraints were identified as barriers to its widespread adoption. The study also underscores the importance of addressing these challenges to maximize the potential of telemedicine in pediatric care. The significance of this research lies in its contribution to the existing knowledge base on telemedicine in pediatric care and its implications for policy development and healthcare practice in underserved communities. The conclusion offers recommendations for stakeholders to leverage telemedicine effectively to enhance pediatric care delivery and outcomes in underserved regions.
