** Telemedicine, the provision of healthcare services remotely using technology, has gained significant attention in recent years due to its potential to improve access to care and streamline healthcare delivery. This thesis explores the impact of telemedicine on pediatric care and parental satisfaction. The study investigates how telemedicine adoption in pediatric settings influences the quality of care provided to children and the level of satisfaction experienced by parents. The research methodology employed a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and data analysis to gather insights from healthcare providers, parents, and other stakeholders involved in pediatric telemedicine. The literature review examined existing studies on telemedicine in pediatric care, highlighting the benefits and challenges associated with its implementation.
