The utilization of telemedicine in healthcare has gained significant attention in recent years, particularly in the field of pediatrics. This thesis explores the impact of telemedicine on pediatric care through a case study approach. The primary objective of this study is to investigate how telemedicine technology can enhance access to quality healthcare services for pediatric patients, improve health outcomes, and increase efficiency in healthcare delivery. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the study, outlining the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure, and definition of key terms. The literature review in Chapter 2 critically examines existing research on telemedicine in pediatric care, focusing on ten key areas including benefits, challenges, implementation strategies, and patient satisfaction.
