This thesis investigates the utilization of telemedicine for pediatric care, focusing on its efficacy and impact on patient satisfaction. The study aims to assess the effectiveness of telemedicine in providing remote pediatric care and to determine the level of patient satisfaction with this mode of healthcare delivery. The research begins with an exploration of the background of telemedicine and its application in pediatric care. It highlights the challenges faced in accessing pediatric healthcare services in remote areas and the potential of telemedicine to address these challenges.
