Virtual assistants have emerged as a promising solution to enhance efficiency and productivity in office settings. The aim of this study is to investigate the implementation of virtual assistants for office automation and evaluate their impact on various organizational processes. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, presenting the background of the study, the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definitions of key terms. Chapter Two comprises a comprehensive literature review that explores existing research on virtual assistants, office automation, artificial intelligence, and related technologies. The review covers ten key items that provide a theoretical foundation for the study. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology, including the research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, ethical considerations, and limitations. This chapter details the steps taken to conduct the study in a rigorous and systematic manner.
